Basic Course:
The one week course includes one 200 class deer shoulder mount and one life size small mammal (Bobcat, racoon, fox, or whatever is in stock). The students keep their mounts upon completion of the course. Through one-on-one instruction, the student advances very fast in a short amount of time. Jerry teaches competition techniques and uses the highest quality materials to achieve incredibly realistic results. The process is covered over and over allowing the student to absorb the knowledge and techniques. Most students open a taxidermy studio upon completion of the course and start making money immediately.

One Week Course: $3,750

Big Game Course:
The one week course includes 1 lifesize bear or cougar (student's choice), and 1 elk shoulder mount. Skinning techniques, basic tanning principles, mannequin alteration, mounting techniques, finish work, and basic habitat construction are all covered. The students do all their own work, hands-on, and keep their mounts upon completion of the course. If student is non-regional, arrangements can be made to have their mounts shipped back to their area.

Antler and Horn Reproduction Course:
The three day course includes a set of reproduction antlers and a hand made mold.

Day1:

• application of detail mold
• construction of separator wall
• casting

Day 2:

• construction of mother mold
• mold release
• inversion of detail mold
• re-setting of mold
• casting
• removal of casting

Day 3:

• flashing removal and buffing
• staining techniques
• staining antlers
• hi lighting, sealing
• blending artificial and original antlers
• materials, process, and supplier lists
